As soon as we receive your order we'll get it packaged up and ready to go. You are able to select your preferred delivery option from the list below at the point of checkout:
UK:
- Standard delivery - £1.50
- Speedy delivery (next working day for orders before 12pm) - £7.99
USA & CANADA:
- International Tracked service (10-15 days) £14.99
EUROPE:
- Due to Brexit we're currently working through how to legally ship to European countries, we hope to have a solution soon!
Whilst we are happy to share Scintilla around the world, we are aware of the impact of transportation on the environment so we urge those of you outside of the UK to seek other brands closer to home if possible. We'll be working on some international partners in the meantime!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Changed Your Mind?
No problem! We all do it! If you change your mind you can cancel your purchase within 12 hours of submitting your order (within 2 hours if you've chosen speedy delivery as we'll already be speedily getting it to you), OR if you've received your product and you're not sure you can also submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your parcel using the form on this page.
Here's a few things to note:

If the return of the product/s is not because of a product defect or an error on our part, you will have to pay the shipping charges for the return of the products.
